摘要

Abstract

Soil secondary salinization is one of the important abiotic stress factors that affect the crops yields reduction.Establishing an efficient evaluation and screening technology system for salt tolerant tomato rootstocks has great signifiicance for the breeding of salt tolerant tomato rootstocks and the development of salt tolerant cultivation techniques.This study used'Qinglian l'tomato as the test scion variety,self grafted(G0)or grafted on 25 tomato rootstocks(G1-G25).Determined the main agronomic traits of rootstock varieties during germination,seedling,and field growth stages under control and salt stress conditions,and conducted multiple analyses using mathematical models.Through the correlation analysis,it was found that the yield of grafted tomato under salt stress was significantly positively correlated with the germination period and seedling period.Through the analysis of principal component,membership function,and cluster,rootstocks can be classified into five grades:very strong,strong,good,medium and poor salt tolerance.Through regression analysis,the comprehensive evaluation index of salt tolerance and regression equation related to yield were obtained.In summary,we screened'Qingkang 1','Korean rootstock 1',and'Jinpeng rootstock 1'as three salt tolerant varieties,and based on this,we graded the salt tolerance of the rootstocks,determined the core salt tolerance indicators during the seedling stage,and established a salt tolerance screening and comprehensive evaluation technology system for grafted tomato rootstocks.
