摘要

Abstract

We successfully cloned the SlFHA1 gene from the leaves of tomato cultivar"895",and analyzed its bioinformatics and expression in various organs in tomato under different salt stress,this provides the theoretical basis for the molecular mechanism of salt tolerance in tomato.The results showed the cDNA sequence of SlFHA1 was 1023 bp and 340 amino acids.The relative molecular weight of S1FHA1 is 37613.47,the molecular formula is C1671H2585N469O499S12,and the theoretical isoelectric point is 6.40.SlFHA1 protein is a hydrophobic protein with no signal peptide and no transmembrane structure and it contains FHA domain,belonging to the forkhead family superfamily gene localized in the nucleus.SlFHA1 expresses in the roots,stems and leaves of tomatoes with the highest level in the leaves.The expression of SlFHA1 is increased after salt treatment.
