主产区大棚蔬菜中全氟烷基化合物污染状况分析及安全性评价
Pollution Status for Perfluoroalkyl Substances in Greenhouse Vegetables of the Main Production Area

Abstract
The facility vegetable industry,represented primarily by plastic greenhouses,has developed rapidly in recent years.However,the contamination and risk of perfluoroalkyl compounds(PFASs)in greenhouse vegetables have not been objectively assessed.To address this gap,we analyzed the PFASS content level of vegetable samples collected from a main greenhouse vegetable production area in Shandong province and carried out a preliminary safety evaluation of the pollution.315 batches of overwintering greenhouse vegetables were collected and analyzed for 20 different types of perfluoroalkyl substances using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology.The dietary exposure and safety risks to the population were estimated based on the dietary models and tolerable intake.The results showed that the total PFASs detection rate in all samples was 97.1%,with a total content ranging from 0.89 to 28.3 μg·kg-1,the shorter alkyl chain perfluorocarboxylic acids were the main pollutants.The pollution level of leafy vegetables was higher than that of solanaceous and leguminous vegetables,and the pollution level of crops with longer growth cycles was relatively high.PFASs dietary exposure level of greenhouse vegetables to urban and rural populations were evaluated.The safety level of perfluorooctane sulfonic acid(PFOS)in greenhouse vegetables in the main production area was high,and the maximum exposure level of PFOA and PFBA showed safety risk to all population.Our study provides an important basis for assessing the pollution status and risk of perfluoroalkyl compounds in the facility vegetable industry and helps to promote the sustainable development of greenhouse vegetable production and protect public health.关键词
