摘要

Abstract

We used the strain of Microbacterium esteraromaticum isolated from homemade wine to investigate its tolerance to different concentrations of methanol and different environmental pH,the characteristics of the flocculant and its ability to degrade different oils and fats.The experimental results showed the bacterium could grow slowly in methanol medium at a maximum concentration of 10%;the optimum growth pH was 8,and the growth of the bacterium was significantly inhibited at pH<5 or>10.The optimum flocculation conditions were 45 mg/L flocculant concentration,0.5 mmol/L Fe3+as coagulant,pH 4 and 20 ℃.The lipase secreted by M.esteraromaticum was able to degrade a wide range of oils and fats with a degradation rate of up to 70%,the optimum degradation temperature was 34 ℃.Our results provide the basis for the subsequent application of M.esteraromaticum in waste disposal.
