某水电站水轮机超出力运行研究OA
Investigation of turbine operation beyond rated output at a hydropower plant
针对某水电站常年弃水量大、弃水时间长现象,本文采用数值仿真计算,在不改动电站设备的前提下,对该电站水轮机展开超出力运行研究,分析其水轮机超出力运行的可行性.通过选取 3 种超出力工况,对其进行流场分析,得出在 3 种超出力工况下运行时,水轮机内部流态良好;同时分析 3 种工况下的空化性能,并结合电站实际运行情况,得出 3 种工况下运行机组空化性能满足要求;通过计算最大载荷下超出力工况的压力脉动与刚强度,得出机组稳定性良好且转轮刚强度符合设计要求.
This study focuses on a hydropower plant(HPP)with a significant surplus water flow consistently throughout the year.The objective is to assess the feasibility of operating the turbine beyond its rated output,without any equipment modifications at this HPP,through numerical simulation computations.In the flow field analysis during turbine operation at three selected outputs beyond the rated capacity,the turbine exhibited a satisfactory internal flow state.Cavitation performance evaluation under these operating conditions confirmed compliance with requirements,considering the HPP's actual operating conditions of this HPP.Additionally,calculations involving pressure pulsation,rigidity,and strength under the maximum load operating condition at outputs beyond the rated output demonstrated the turbine's excellent stability and the alignment of the runner's rigidity and strength with the design requirements.
