Grouting and filling technology in coal mine
摘要
Abstract
The relevant national documents point out that"promote the coal gangue underground filling+ground backfill-ing"in the coal industry to advance the reduction of gangue;establish a system of"step recovery+ecological restoration+preservation and protection"in the mining industry to promote the construction of green mines.The total amount of gangue in Huangling No.2 Coal Mine is about 1.05 million tons every year,including about 200 000 tons of pure gangue generated from the bottoming of underground working face and chamber excavation.In view of the problem facing Huangling No.2 Coal Mine with the underground driving gangue,bottoming gangue and other primary gangue needing to be discharged on the ground,combined with the current situation of the mine development and mining,the technical characteristics of the existing gangue treatment technologies at home and abroad are comprehensively analyzed,and a research project on underground grouting and filling gangue disposal is carried out in Huangling.The project applies slurry pipeline filling technology,which can safely,efficiently and greenly solve the problem of underground primary gangue discharge without affecting the normal production of the mine,providing reference for mines with similar conditions.关键词
