摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the localization of high-performance double hose diaphragm pump,we design the structural reliability of the core component crankshaft.Through the kinematic analysis of the crankshaft,and on the basis of the dynamic load during operation,the maximum stress and deformation of the crankshaft are further studied,and the fatigue strength of the dangerous section of the crankshaft is checked.Finally,the vibration frequency and mode shape of the crankshaft are obtained through modal analysis.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the crankshaft structure are safe and reliable,the fatigue safety factor of the dangerous section is 3.2,the vibration frequency is higher than the working frequency,and the crankshaft structure design meets the requirements.The research results provide guidance for the localization and popularization of high-performance double hose diaphragm pump with good effect.关键词
