Abstract
With the safety requirements,labor costs,and the import of low-cost coal from abroad,the operating costs of do-mestic coal mines are increasing.Based on the cost control system of Dafosi Mine,we analyze the cost control ability,cost el-ements and enterprise competitiveness needs,and conclude that improvement of the cost control of Dafosi Mine needs the mine to be refined and reformed from the aspects of improving safety management system,internal market-oriented construc-tion,intelligent mine construction,skilled talent training,advanced disaster control and prevention,construction technique and labor organization optimization,so as to further reduce the cost of enterprise safety management,improve the ergonomics of enterprise employees,and boost enterprise profits.关键词
