基于矿用5G技术的采煤机智能化技术
Intelligent technology of shearer based on mining 5 G technology
摘要
Abstract
By summarizing the current research and application of"mining 5G + intelligent coal mine"technology by ex-perts,scholars and industrial and mining enterprises,it is concluded that great progress has been made,but there are still application scenarios and ecological shortages.In view of the technical shortcomings of shearer intelligence,such as weak o-verall perception ability,low timeliness of remote control and poor reliability of communication system,a mining 5G commu-nication system based on shearer is constructed.Taking the single shearer communication system as the research object,the shearer's 5G communication system architecture,5G CPE installation mode and the 5G base station layout mode for fully mechanized working face are described respectively.Based on the characteristics of big broadband,low delay and wide con-nection of 5G technology,it is expected that after 5G technology is applied to shearer,it can expand the application of shear-er to intelligent aspects such as cloud control of coal machine,mass data transmission and remote fault diagnosis.关键词
