针药并用治疗肺部手术后慢性咳嗽的疗效观察
Efficacy observation of acupuncture combined with medication for chronic cough after lung surgery

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with medication in treating chronic cough after lung surgery.Method Sixty patients with chronic cough after lung surgery were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Compound methoxyphenamine capsules,and the treatment group additionally received acupuncture at Lung Meridian points.The Mandarin Chinese version of the Leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ-MC)score,symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and inflammatory indicators[interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)]were compared before and after the intervention for both groups.The clinical efficacy was also compared.Result The LCQ-MC score increased significantly after the treatment in both groups(P＜0.01),and the TCM symptom score dropped markedly(P＜0.01);the treatment group was superior to the control group(P＜0.01).The serum IL-8 and TNF-α levels decreased significantly after the treatment in both groups(P＜0.01)and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 86.7%in the treatment group and 63.3%in the control group,respectively,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with medication can effectively improve clinical symptoms and enhance clinical efficacy in treating chronic cough after lung surgery.关键词
