针药并用治疗肺部手术后慢性咳嗽的疗效观察OACSTPCD
Efficacy observation of acupuncture combined with medication for chronic cough after lung surgery
目的 观察针药并用治疗肺部手术后慢性咳嗽的临床疗效.方法 将 60例肺部手术后慢性咳嗽患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组 30例.对照组口服复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用针刺肺经腧穴治疗.比较两组治疗前后中文版莱斯特咳嗽问卷(Mandarin Chinese version of the Leicester cough questionnaire,LCQ-MC)评分、中医证候积分及各项炎性指标[血清白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)]的变化情况,并比较两组的临床疗效.结果 两组治疗后LCQ-MC评分较治疗前显著增加(P＜0.01),中医证候积分较治疗前显著降低(P＜0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.01).两组治疗后血清IL-8 和TNF-α水平均较治疗前显著降低(P＜0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 86.7%和 63.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 针药并用可有效改善肺部手术后慢性咳嗽的临床症状,提高临床疗效.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with medication in treating chronic cough after lung surgery.Method Sixty patients with chronic cough after lung surgery were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Compound methoxyphenamine capsules,and the treatment group additionally received acupuncture at Lung Meridian points.The Mandarin Chinese version of the Leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ-MC)score,symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and inflammatory indicators[interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)]were compared before and after the intervention for both groups.The clinical efficacy was also compared.Result The LCQ-MC score increased significantly after the treatment in both groups(P＜0.01),and the TCM symptom score dropped markedly(P＜0.01);the treatment group was superior to the control group(P＜0.01).The serum IL-8 and TNF-α levels decreased significantly after the treatment in both groups(P＜0.01)and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 86.7%in the treatment group and 63.3%in the control group,respectively,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with medication can effectively improve clinical symptoms and enhance clinical efficacy in treating chronic cough after lung surgery.
