核心肌群穴位埋线对卒中后下肢运动功能的影响
Effect of acupoint thread embedding at core muscle group on post-stroke lower limb motor function
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread embedding at core muscle group plus basic treatment in internal medicine and rehabilitation training for post-stroke lower limb motor dysfunction.Method Sixty-eight patients with post-stroke lower limb motor dysfunction were randomized to observation and control groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment in internal medicine and conventional rehabilitation training and the treatment group,acupoint thread embedding at core muscle group in addition.The affected-side Fugl-Meyer assessment of Lower Extremity score of motor function,affected-side lower limb myodynamia and static rectus abdominis thickness were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result After treatment,the affected-side Fugl-Meyer assessment of Lower Extremity score of motor function increased significantly,affected-side lower limb myodynamia improved significantly and static rectus abdominis thickness increased significantly in the two groups compared with before with statistical significant differences(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).There were statistical significant post-treatment differences in the affected-side Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Lower Extremity score of motor function,affected-side lower limb myodynamia and static rectus abdominis thickness between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of basic treatment in internal medicine and conventional rehabilitation training,acupoint thread embedding at core muscle group can markedly improve lower limb motor function in patients with post-stroke lower limb motor dysfunction.关键词
