An Innovative Spatial Image of a Historic University Campus in the Context of Urban Regeneration:The Case of Campus Renewal of Wuhan University in the Past Decade

Abstract
With the rapid development of new urbanisation and higher education in China,Wuhan University has carried out an unprecedented campus renewal while continuing the historical lineage of the campus and protecting the landscape environmental pattern.Combining the multi-dimensional"diachronic"macro-development vein with the multi-dimensional"slicing"micro-spatial observation,this paper systematically shows the ten-year renewal image and innovative spatial strategies of Wuhan University's campus under the background of the new era,which can provide enlightenment for the construction of innovative universities in the future.关键词
