滋肾育胎丸联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效分析
Curative Effect of Zishen Yutai Pill Combined with Yasmin in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the endocrine indexes,ovarian morphology,and ovarian hemodynamic changes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)treated with Zishen Yutai Pill combined with Yasmin.Methods:A total of 120 female PCOS pa-tients treated in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 in each group.The control group was treated with Yasmin,while the observation group was treated with Zishen Yutai Pill combined with Yasmin.In both groups,venous blood was collected on the 2 to 4 days of the menstrual cycle after 3 months of treatment,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),and testosterone(T)were measured.Three dimensional ultrasound was used to determine ovarian volume and ovarian hemodynamic parameters[vascularization index(VI),flow index(FI),vascularization blood flow index(VFI)]and endometrial thickness]in the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no obvious difference in LH,T,E2,and FSH levels,VI,FI,VFI,endometrial thickness,and ovarian volume between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the LH,T,E2,and FSH levels in observation group were(7.85±1.54)mIU/mL,(1.38± 0.84)nmol/L,(65.84±10.31)pg/mL,and(5.07±0.98)mIU/mL,respectively,which were significantly lower than those be-fore treatment,and the observation group had lower levels than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the ovarian VI,FI,and VFI values of both groups were significantly reduced,and the values of the observation group(2.99±0.87,33.24±3.53,1.38±0.16,respectively)were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Additionally,the endometrial thickness of both groups was increased,with the observation group(7.99±1.68 mm)thicker than the control group(6.58±1.24 mm)(P＜0.05).Compared with the conditions before treatment,the ovarian volume of the two groups after treatment was decreased,but there was no difference between the groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:After the treatment of PCOS with Zishen Yutai Pill combined with Yasmin,the endocrine indexes,ovarian hemodynamic indexes and endometrial thickness of the patients were markedly improved.关键词
