Professor Zhang Boli's Experience in Treating COVID-19 Patients in Convalescent Stage
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of the"dynamic COVID-zero strategy"for the prevention and control of COVID-19,the treatment of COVID-19 patients in convalescent stage becomes an important treatment demand,and promoting the complete rehabilitation and return to normal life of COVID-19 patients is one of the priorities in diagnosis and treatment.Professor Zhang Boli proposed that COVID-19 belongs to the category of"dampness-toxin pestilence"in traditional Chinese medicine.In the convalescent stage of CO-VID-19 patients,the main pathogenesis is incomplete elimination of pathogenic factors and deficiency of healthy qi,while the main clinical characteristics are retention of dampness pathogenic factors as well as qi and yin deficiency.Therefore,it is emphasized to comprehensively evaluate the health status,distinguish the relationship between pathogenic factors and healthy qi,and differentiate the order of eliminating pathogenic factors and strengthening the healthy qi in the treatment.With accurate syndrome differentiation and flexible medication in the treatment,Professor Zhang treats dampness mainly by dispelling the pathogenic factors,and the main way to strengthen healthy qi is to replenish qi,nourish yin,and regulate lung and spleen.He pays attention to smoothing qi move-ment and restoring the normal operation of viscera,advocates the combination of diseases and syndromes,and flexibly adopts the re-search results of modern pharmacology and Chines medicine components in clinical practice.In addition,the mental health status of patients should be emphasized,and body and spirit should be treated simultaneously,while preventing the recurrence of the dis-ease.In this way,patients can recover their lives and return to society as much as possible.关键词
