废弃PVC/CPE复合材料的力学和摩擦磨损性能研究
Study on Mechanical and Friction and Wear Properties of Waste PVC/CPE Composites

Abstract
The waste cable materials polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)were mechanically crushed and pretreated.The composites of different proportions were prepared by torque rheometer.The test samples of the waste PVC/CPE composites were produced by a plate vulcanizer and a micro-injection molding mechanism.The tensile,thermal aging and friction and wear properties of the composites were measured by a vertical electronic universal testing machine,an electrothermal constant temperature blast drying oven,and a friction and wear testing machine.The tensile section and wear surface morphology of the composites were observed by a field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that when the CPE content is 3%,the tensile strength reaches the maximum(14.22 MPa),which is 15.23%higher than that of waste PVC alone,and the friction coefficient reaches the minimum(0.353),which is 26.15%lower than that of waste PVC alone.The specific wear rate also reaches the minimum(32.78 mm3/(N∙m)),which is reduced by 63.65%lower than that of waste PVC alone.Therefore,the addition of appropriate CPE can improve the tensile strength of the composites,reduce the friction coefficient and specific wear rate of the material,and the wear mechanism of the composites is mainly due to fatigue wear.关键词
