摘要

Abstract

By adding high-density polyethylene and self-made flow modifiers,the dynamic rheological properties of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene were studied.The results show that the addition of high-density polyethylene and a small amount of flow aid can significantly increase the MFR of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene from less than 0.01 g/10 min to 1.5 g/10 min.The addition of the flow modifier does not affect the molecular weight and chain structure of the blends,but it can significantly reduce the molecular chain entanglement,shorten the molecular chain relaxation time,and help the extrusion processing of the blends.The blends of high-density polyethylene and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene have good compatibility.As the content of high-density polyethylene in the blends increases,the bending modulus increases,and the notch impact strength does not change much.However,the compatibility between flow modifiers and blends is poor,and the notch impact strength rapidly decreases with the increase of flow modifier content.
