Abstract
Ferrosoferric oxide(Fe3O4)substrates were prepared through a sintering process,and a clear black marking pattern was induced on thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)film using near-infrared laser.The influence of laser parameters on the laser marking effect was investigated,along with the characterization of the composition of the laser-marked pattern.The results show that the black pattern is essentially composed of Fe3O4 particles adhered to the melted TPU film and amorphous graphite microcrystals generated by in-situ carbonization of TPU.The Fe3O4 substrate converts near-infrared laser energy into heat,which is then transferred to the TPU film.The TPU film undergoes melting and carbonization,forming a black pattern on the TPU film.By controlling the laser scanning speed and laser power,the degree of carbonization and melting of the TPU film can be effectively controlled.The black pattern is clearest and the laser marking effect is optimal when the scanning speed is 400 mm/s and the laser power is 12 W.关键词
