摘要

Abstract

As electronic and electrical components continue to evolve towards miniaturization,integration,and high power,thermal management of materials becomes a critical aspect.Utilizing alumina(Al2O3)as the primary filler to prepare thermally conductive composites has proven effective in addressing thermal dissipation challenges.The review provides an overview of recent advancements in research on Al2O3-filled polymer composites.The thermal models and mechanisms of these thermally conductive composites are introduced.The impact of factors such as the shape and size of Al2O3 fillers,surface functionalization,and hybridization on the thermal conductivity of composites is discussed,particularly at lower loading levels of Al2O3 fillers.The review concludes with prospects for the development of Al2O3-filled polymer composites.
