摘要

Abstract

Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)has a broad application prospect in electronic equipment,automobile and other fields.The article provides an overview of the preparation technology for CFRP materials,including hand lay-up,vacuum bagging,extrusion molding processes,and 3D printing.The interface modification methods for CFRP are summarized,encompassing techniques such as sizing treatment,in-situ polymerization,organic chemical reactions,small molecule modification,and graft modification.The article also offers a perspective on the future research directions in the preparation technology and interface modification methods of CFRP.Research indicates that modifying carbon fibers can enhance their surface activity,roughness,and wettability,improve the interfacial adhesion between fibers and matrices,thereby enhancing the mechanical properties of composites.
