静电纺丝技术在导热复合材料领域的研究进展
Progress of Electrostatic Spinning Technology in Field of Thermally Conductive Composites
摘要
Abstract
Electrostatic spinning technology can directly construct oriented structures in the molding process of thermal conductive composites,thereby improving the thermal conductivity of the composites.The research status of electrostatic spinning technology in the preparation of thermal conductive composites is analyzed.The preparation methods of different types of highly thermally conductive composites are introduced,including graphene type,carbon nanofiber type,carbon nanotube type,and boron nitride type,etc.The thermal conductivity of different types of thermally conductive composites is summarized.It is pointed out that electrostatic spinning technology can achieve the specific orientation arrangement of thermally conductive fillers and can also improve the dispersion of fillers,thereby increasing the thermal conductivity of composites and improving the thermal conductivity of composites.关键词
