一株产表面活性剂菌株的筛选、培养条件优化及产物性质OACSTPCD
Screening,optimization of culture conditions and characteristics of its product of a surfactant producing strain
从长春市西郊污水厂底泥中筛选到一株能够产表面活性剂的细菌.该菌株菌落较小、呈乳白色,在显微镜下个体形态呈圆球状,为革兰氏阴性菌.16S rDNA鉴定结果表明:该菌株属于假单胞菌属,与Pseudomonas libanensis(KT767978)的相似度达100％,将其命名为Pseudomonas libanensis PbA.以葡萄糖为碳源,KNO3为氮源,在接种量质量分数为5％、27 ℃和pH 7条件下培养3 d,获得产物0.54 g/L.产…查看全部>>
A bacterium capable of producing surfactant was screened from the sediment of sewage plant in the western suburb of Changchun.The colony of the strain is small and milky white.The individual shape is round under the microscope,and is gram-negative.The results of 16S rDNA sequence showed that the strain belonged to Pseudomonas sp.and was 100％similar to Pseudomonas libanensis(KT767978),was named Pseudomonas libanensis PbA.Product of 0.54 g/L could be synthesiz…查看全部>>
