摘要

Abstract

Water stress protein,which is produced by N.commune vauch and located in the extracellular matrix,can be obtained through isolation and purification,induction and expression.Water stress protein has demonstrated multiple biological properties,such as drought resistance,radiation resistance,and antitumor activity.Herein,we summarized its synthesis process in plants,physicochemical structure,preparation process and biological function,hoping to offer guidance for the optimization of its extraction process.In addition,this review provided a scientific basis for the related research,including the plant drought/radiation resistance and anti-tumor biological agents.
