Determination of seven mycotoxins ingrains using QuEChERS and ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

Abstract
QuEChER,a fast and fast sample preprocessing technology(quick、easy、cheap、effective、rugged、safe),was applied to determine the contents of seven mycotoxin residues in grains through the combination with UPLC-MS/MS.After the samples were extracted with acetonitrile-water-formic acid(84:15.5:0.5)solution and purified by N-propyl ethylene diamine(PSA),UPLC-MS/MS was used for the detection.The excellent linearity was observed for the seven mycotoxins in the concentration range of 0.15-250 μg/L,with the correlation coefficients(R2)higher than 0.99.In addition,the detection and quantification limits of our method were 0.02-13.22 μg/L and 0.08-39.55 μg/L,respectively.The average spiked recoveries were 82.44%-103.12%,with RSD less than 10%.When this method was utilized to measure the seven mycotoxins in rice,beans,peanuts and other cereal crops,the spiked recoveries turned out to be greater than 82%,further demonstrating the general applicability of our analytical method.关键词
