Abstract
Objective:To discuss the specific prescription drugs and prescription forms of gynecology and obstetrics drugs that can be issued by gynecology and obstetrics nurses who conform to the prescribing power applicant qualification in tertiary grade A hospitals of China.Methods:The drugs that could be prescribed by gynecology and obstetrics nurses were preliminarily established through literature analysis and expert semi-structured interview.Medical and nursing experts were consulted by expert consultation for 2 rounds to determine the contents of prescribing rights and prescription forms of gynecology and obstetrics nurses.Results:The questionnaire recovery rates of 2 rounds of expert consultation were 75.00%and 88.24%,respectively.And authority coefficient of 2 rounds of expert consultation were 0.77 and 0.85,respectively.Finally,it was determined that there were 2 major categories,with 9 kinds of drugs can be issued by gynecology and obstetrics nurses in tertiary grade A hospitals of China,among which 1 kind of drugs tended to be prescribed in the form of protocol or extended prescription,6 kinds of drugs tended to be prescribed in the form of independent or protocol prescription,2 kinds of drugs tended to be prescribed in the form of independent prescription.Conclusions:Gynecology and obstetrics nurses who conform to the prescribing power applicant qualification can prescribe 9 kinds of gynecology and obstetrics drugs,mainly in the form of independent or protocol prescription.关键词
