Abstract
Objective:To construct nutrition management program for head and neck caner patients with patients complicated with radioactive oral cavity mucositis.Methods:The guidelines,expert consensus,systematic evaluation and other literature on nutritional management for head and neck caner patients with patients complicated with radioactive oral cavity mucositis was retrieved,and the evidence was extracted and integrated.After discussion by research group,the first draft of nutrition management program for head and neck caner patients with patients complicated with radioactive oral cavity mucositis was constructed.Finally,the nutrition management program for head and neck caner patients with patients complicated with radioactive oral cavity mucositis was constructed.Results:The nutrition management program for head and neck caner patients with patients complicated with radioactive oral cavity mucositis included 5 first-level items(nutrition screening and evaluation,nutritional supply,nutritional support,nutritional follow-up,exercise intervention),17 second-level items and 40 third-level items,of which 28 third-level items were A-level recommendations and 12 third-level items were B-level recommendations.Conclusions:The nutrition management program for head and neck caner patients with patients complicated with radioactive oral cavity mucositis constructed in this study is scientific and targeted,and can provide reference for future nutrition management practice of head and neck caner patients with patients complicated with radioactive oral cavity mucositis.关键词
