Abstract
Objective:To translate Fear of Activity in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease(Fact-CAD)and test its reliability and validity.Methods:Fact-CAD was translation according to the Brislin translation model.Provisional Chinese version of Fact-CAD was developed after cultural adaptation and pre-investigation.A total of 340 patients with coronary heart disease hospitalized in cardiovascular department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Luoyang city were selected as research subjects from February 22 to September 30,2021.Item of provisional Chinese version of Fact-CAD was analyzed,and reliability and validity was test.Results:The Chinese version of Fact-CAD was single dimensional scale,and its Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.982,the half reliability was 0.986,the retest reliability was 0.854,the item-level content validity index was from 0.83 to 1.00,scale-content validity index was 0.90.Exploratory factor analysis extracted one common factor with an eigenvalue of 15.484,and the variance contribution rate was 73.732%.Conclusions:The Chinese version of Fact-CAD has good reliability and validity,and can be used for assessing fear of activity in Chinese patients with coronary heart disease.关键词
