紫芽茶脱毒苗组织培养再生体系的建立
Regeneration System of Virus—free Seedlings of Camellia sinensis var.kitamura in Different Tissue Culture
摘要
Abstract
The young leaves,petioles and stem segments of Camellia sinensis var.kitamura were used as explants to compare the effects of different concentrations of hormone ratios of NAA,6—BA,KT,IBA and 2,4—D on the induction and differentiation of different tissues.The results showed that un-der the conditions of 75%alcohhol and 0.1%HgCl2 sterilization and 1/2 MS culture,1.0 mg·L-1 2,4—D and 0.5 mg·L-1 KT combined treatment of callus growth was the best,the survival rate was a-bout 80%.With the young leaves,petioles and stem segments as the explants of Camellia sinensis var.kitamura,different tissue culture and regeneration systems of Camellia sinensis var.kitamura could be established through appropriate hormone treatment.关键词
