基质配比对天山花楸容器苗成活率和生长的影响
Effects of Substrate Compositions on the Survival Rate and Growth Characteristic of Sorbustian schanica Container Seedlings

Abstract
In order to explore the effects of different substrate compositions on the growth and devel-opment of Sorbustian schanica container seedlings,forest soil,vermiculite and perlite were used as raw materials in this study,according to volume ratios of 10∶0∶0(treatment A),8∶1∶1(treat-ment B),7∶1∶2(treatment C),6∶2∶2(treatment D),5∶2∶3(treatment E),4∶3∶3(treat-ment F),respectively,the effect of substrate compositions consisting three of them on the survival rate and growth characteristic of Sorbustian schanica were studied.The results showed there was sig-nificant differences in survival rate among different substrate composition.Treatment C and treatment D were significantly higher than other treatments,with the survival rate to be 78%and 67%,respec-tively.The height growth of Sorbustian schanica under different treatments were as follows:F>E>D>B>A>C.The diameter growth of Sorbustian schanica under different treatments were as fol-lows:D>E>F>A>C>B.Given the seedlings survival rate and growth characteristic,treatment D(forest soil∶vermiculite∶perlite=6∶2∶2)was the suitable composition in the cultivation of 1—year—old Sorbus tianschanica container seedlings.关键词
