接种丛枝菌根菌对灰木莲幼苗生长抗旱能力的影响
Effect of Mycorrhizal Inoculation on Drought Resistance of Magnoliaceae glanca Seedlings

Abstract
Magnoliaceae glance,an endangered plant endemic to China,has poor drought resistance.In order to achieve efficient cultivation of M.glanca,it is of great significance to explore its applica-tion potential in improving the drought resistance through mycorrhizal inoculation technology.In this experiment,the seedlings of M.glanca were used as experimental materials,and the differences in growth and physiology between mycorrhizal seedlings and non-mycorrhizal seedlings under PEG sim-ulated drought stress were analyzed.The results showed that the survival rate,biomass,leaf water deficit,photosynthetic parameters and antioxidant activity of mycorrhizal and non-mycorrhizal seed-lings were significantly different under 4%~12% PEG 6000 treatment.Among them,any concentra-tion of PEG treatment compared with non-mycorrhizal seedlings,has the survival rate and biomass increment of mycorrhizal seedlings increased,the relative water deficit rate of leaves decreased,and the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),water use efficiency(WUE),intercellular carbon dioxide concentra-tion(Ci),chlorophyll content and malondialdehyde(M4DA)content of leaves decreased,and the tran-spiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs)and peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)activity in-creased.The research indicated that the drought resistance of M.glanca seedlings was significantly improved by mycorrhizal inoculation.It is recommended that the scientific cultivation of M.glanca can be realized by mycorrhizal seedling cultivation in the future.关键词
