供磷水平对不同种源米老排苗木生长生理的影响
Effects of Phosphorus Levels on Growth Physiology of the Seedlings of Mytilaria laosensis from Different Provenances

Abstract
In this experiment,Mytilaria laosensis seedlings from the four different provenances of Huaiji,Yangchun,Xinyi and Fengkai in Guangdong were used as experimental materials,and KH2PO4 was used as the phosphorus source in Hoagland nutrient solution by hydroponic method.The effects of phosphorus supply level on the growth and physiology of M.laosensis seedlings from differ-ent provenances were analyzed.The results showed that under 0.1~1 mmol·L-1KH2PO4 treat-ments,the lower the phosphorus supply level,the more significant the low phosphorus stress damage to the growth physiology of seedlings occurred.The increment of height and diameter,main root length,lateral root number and new leaf incidence of seedlings under 0.1 mmol·L-1 KH2PO4 treat-ment were the smallest,the root shoot ratio was the largest,the contents of chloroplast,soluble sug-ar and starch,net photosynthetic rate,water use efficiency and intercellular carbon dioxide concentra-tion were the lowest,and the transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were the highest.Different provenances have different responses to phosphorus supply levels.Under the treatment of 1 mmol· L-1 KH2PO4,the growth physiology of Fengkai provenance was the best,while under the treatment of 0.1 mmol·L-1 KH2PO4,the growth physiology of Yangchun provenance was the best.The seed-ling height increment,ground diameter increment,main root length,lateral root number,new leaf incidence,chloroplast content,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,water use efficiency,stomatal conductance,soluble sugar and starch content were used as evaluation indexes.Through principal component analysis,the low phosphorus tolerance of the four provenances was Yangchun>Xinyi>Huaiji>Fengkai.The research indicated that planting of M.laosensis should strictly follow the principle of suitable land and suitable tree.In the barren and phosphorus-deficient forest land in Guangdong,seedlings planted should be mainly from Yangchun and Xinyi provenances.关键词
