Software System Design of Vending Machine on Intelligent EMUs

智能动车组推动智能行车、智能运维、智能服务等智能技术应用,自动售货机作为智能服务的一部分,设计自动售货机软件系统实现旅客在动车组上自助购买餐食的功能,解决动车组列服人员人力紧张与旅客多样化、便捷化的列车餐食需求之间的矛盾.考虑新型动车组高速运行环境对售货机通信、管理、维护等方面的影响,对系统的系统架构、业务功能、数据流等进行了设计,对数据同步及补偿机制、二维码生成及识别、智能出货控制、异常情况处理等技术进行研究,实现自动售货机的产品展示及销售、设备授权与管理、车上信息维护等功能.自动售货机软件系统解决了高速运行列车信号不稳定对设备通信的影响,以及自动售货机管理难题,为旅客提供了便捷的选购、支付、取货等列车自助服务.

Intelligent EMUs promote intelligent driving,intelligent operation and maintenance,and intelligent service.Vending machines,as a part of intelligent service,are designed to offer passengers self-purchase service,solving the problem between service staff shortage and growing passenger demand of food diversity and convenience.Taking into account the impact of high-speed operating conditions in new-generation EMUs on vending machine communication,management,and maintenance,this paper designed the system architecture,business function and data flow,and applied the technology of data synchronization and compensation mechanism,quick response code generation and identification,intelligent delivery control,and exception handling.As a result,this system achieves functions including product display and sales,equipment authorization and management,and vending machine information management.The vending machine software system solves the impact of unstable high-speed train signals on equipment communication and vending machine management problems and provides passengers with convenient train self-service services of purchase,payment,and pickup.
