摘要

Abstract

Under the new situation of"multi-network integration"and multi-agent collaborative operation of urban rail transit,a multi-level operation and dispatching system in urban rail transit under the background of integrated operation should be built to realize efficient collaboration and connection among different transportation networks and lines.Taking the construction of integrated operation and dispatching system in Chongqing rail transit as an example,this paper analyzed the operation and dispatching needs and objectives of Chongqing rail transit based on summarizing the current operation and dispatching situation in Chongqing rail transit.Meanwhile,it constructed a scheme of integrated operation and dispatching command system in Chongqing rail transit from the aspects of overall architecture,functional orientation,coordination mechanism,and collaborative mode.Then a scheme to set up a multi-agent collaborative operation and dispatching center for Chongqing's long-term transportation planning was proposed.Additionally,based on big data platform and cloud computing technology,a technical scheme for the integrated operation and dispatching command platform in Chongqing rail transit was designed.This can achieve coordination of operation and dispatching command among different operating agents to lay a foundation for interconnection operation among multiple agents of multi-level rail transit lines.
