摘要

Abstract

In order to study the effects of different levels of protein and fat in diets on physiological and biochemical indexes of Cich-lasoma managuense,450 fish were fed diets with protein levels of 40%,44%,48%and 52%and fat levels of 8%,12%and 16%for 56 days.The antioxidant and biochemical indexes of blood and liver were measured.The results showed that,in the analysis of blood antioxidant indexes,the GSH-Px value of 48P/8F group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in T-AOC among all groups(P>0.05).Among liver antioxidant indexes,CAT value in 48P/12F group was signifi-cantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05)and there was no significant difference in T-AOC among all groups(P>0.05).In blood physiological and biochemical indexes,the TG in 40P/8F and 52P/8F groups was significantly higher than that in 52P/16F group(P<0.05).The AST value in 48P/8F group was the lowest,which was significantly lower than that in 44P/16F and 48P/12F groups(P<0.05),and the ALT value in 48P/8F group was significantly lower than that in 52P groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,this study proves that 48%protein and 8%fat content is the appropriate dietary ratio for Cichlasoma managuense,which can enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity and improve the antioxidant capacity of the fish.
