Performance Evaluation of China's Export Economic Benefits and Environmental Costs
摘要
Abstract
Using a multi regional input-output model and the concept of"terms of trade",this paper constructs an index of relative export added value rate and export implied carbon pollution conditions,then constructs an elasticity coefficient for the growth of export economic benefits and environmental costs,and evaluates the performance of the economic benefits and environ-mental costs obtained from China's exports.The results are shown as the following:In the early stage of China's accession to the WTO,the overall export economic benefits of China were in a favorable position,but since then,they have shown a continuous downward trend.The overall environmental cost of China's export is relatively high,but it shows a relatively improving trend.The economic benefits and environmental cost performance of China's exports to trading partners show an overall optimization trend.关键词
