Abstract
Based on the actual engineering construction of UNS N08825 alloy lined or clad pipes,the main defects in root girth weld have been identified in this paper.The quality control requirements of girth welds in the relevant local and international standards and actual engineering projects are compared and analyzed,based on the principle that the engineering is fit for purpose,safe and reliable.This paper discusses the NDT acceptance criteria of the girth weld of UNS N08825 alloy lined or clad pipes on the basis of SY/T 7464-2020 Internal Lined or Clad Corrosion Resistant Alloy Pipeline Welding and Inspection Specification industry standard,and recommends the acceptance criteria of the main defects of root weld,such as internal concavity,porosity,inner surface discoloration and misalignment.These recommendations can be directly used as guidance for other engineering projects.关键词
