基于改进鲸鱼算法的转油站运行参数优化
Optimization of operation parameters for oil transfer station based on improved whale optimization algorithm

Abstract
In response to the continuous increase in water cut of produced fluids from oil wells and the low efficiency and high energy consumption of these systems,this study aims to optimize the production and operation parameters of the oil transfer station's gathering and transportation system.The decision variables are the injection water temperature and volume,with the objective to minimize the production energy consumption cost.A model for optimizing the operation parameters of the oil transfer station is established.To improve the traditional whale optimization algorithm,a population initialization strategy combining artificial design and good point set principles is adopted.Additionally,mechanisms such as the non-linear convergence factor are introduced.Taking PH2 oil transfer station in Daqing Oilfield as a case study,the improved whale optimization algorithm is applied to optimize the operation parameters.The results show significant improvements in the overall performance of the improved whale optimization algorithm.After optimization,the injection water temperature at the oil transfer station is lower by 9℃,and the daily injection water volume is reduced by 450 m3.The annual average daily natural gas consumption drops by 14.68%,while the average daily electricity consumption is reduced by 34.1%.Consequently,the overall operating costs decrease by 21.5%,indicating that a significant optimization effect has been achieved.The study results could be used as a reference for projects of a similar nature.关键词
