Abstract
Risk management has an important position in project management,and with the rapid development of the global econ-omy and the continuous prosperity of China's engineering construction,the study of risk management in engineering projects has gradu-ally become a popular research direction.Aiming at the EPC mode of the whole process of project design,procurement and construc-tion,we analyzed the risk factors of EPC general contracting project,combined with the risk management practice of the EPC project of communication room HVAC system,established a risk analysis and evaluation model,and explored the key points of risk management and risk response measures of EPC project.关键词
