富血小板血浆治疗外阴硬化性苔藓的临床研究进展
Clinical research progress on platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosis
摘要
Abstract
Vulvar lichen sclerosis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease of vulva in women,whose main symptom is pruritus.At present,the cause of the disease is not clear,and the treatment effect is limited,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The existing treatment methods include topical corticosteroids,focused ultrasound,laser therapy,photodynamic therapy,etc.Platelet-rich plasma injection therapy is an emerging treatment method in recent years,which can promote the release and activation of a variety of cytokines,and regulate cell differentiation,tissue repair and angiogenesis.This therapy combined with autologous fat transplantation has been widely applied in the field of skin tissue regeneration and repair and has achieved good clinical efficacy.This article reviews the efficacy,safety,and research progress of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosis,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.关键词
