摘要

Abstract

Near-infrared spectroscopy is a real-time,continuous and non-invasive technology of monitoring tissue oxygenation,which has become a common monitoring method in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of neonatal critical disease.Using near-infrared spectroscopy technology to monitor the perfusion status of intestinal tissue to timely detect mesenteric ischemia and intestinal injury can help to predict the occurrence of intestinal diseases,judge the location and severity of the disease,so as to reduce the mortality of sick newborns,improve the prognosis and reduce the occurrence of complications.This article reviews the research progress on near-infrared spectroscopy technology in monitoring intestinal tissue oxygenation of newborn.
