Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pantoprazole combined with Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin in the treatment of female Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,90 female patients with Hp infection and chronic atrophic gastritis treated in Eshan Town Central Health Center in Yicheng District of Zaozhuang City were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(45 cases)was treated with Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin,and the observation group(45 cases)was treated with Pantoprazole combined with Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin.The clinical effect,symptom score,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate and Hp eradication rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension and acid reflux in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of nausea,dizziness and constipation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pantoprazole combined with Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin in the treatment of female Hp infection with chronic atrophic gastritis can improve the clinical effective rate,Hp eradication rate and clinical symptoms.关键词
