Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System and Etonogestrel Subcutaneous Implant in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with adenomyosis admitted to the Department of Sexually Transmitted Diseases and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome Prevention and Control of Tianqiao District Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Jinan City from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System,and the observation group was treated with Etonogestrel Subcutaneous Implant.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the uterine volume and endometrial thickness in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Etonogestrel Subcutaneous Implant in patients with adenomyosis can reduce the uterine volume and endometrial thickness,and improve the clinical effective rate.关键词
