宫颈癌的影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 112 patients with cervical cancer treated in Qingyuan People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 784 healthy women who underwent two-cancer screening during the same period were selected as the control group for retrospective analysis.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of cervical cancer.Results Univariate results showed that there were statistically significant differences in age,age of first sexual behavior,human papilloma virus(HPV)infection,smoking,abortion history,chronic cervicitis,family history of gynecological tumors,and menopause between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age of first sexual intercourse<20 years,HPV infection and chronic cervicitis were independent risk factors for cervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The age of first sexual intercourse,HPV infection and chronic cervicitis are the influencing factors of cervical cancer.Clinic should take targeted measures to reduce of cervical cancer risk.关键词
