Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation training in the treatment of perimenopausal patients with stress urinary incontinence. Methods A total of 118 patients with perimenopausal stress urinary incontinence admitted to Jiangmen Xinhui District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to October 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 59 cases in each group. The observation group was given pelvic floor rehabilitation training, and the control group was given routine rehabilitation training. The clinical effect, urodynamic related indexes(ALPP,MUCP,BC),degree of urinary incontinence(ICI-Q-SF score)and pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of ALPP,MUCP and BC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the ICI-Q-SF score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the pelvic floor muscle strength score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation training in the treatment of perimenopausal stress urinary incontinence can improve the clinical effect, degree of urinary incontinence, and the pelvic floor muscle strength, which is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
