Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine transdermal therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with dampness heat and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness heat and blood stasis type in Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine retention enema,and the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine transdermal therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The disappearance time of lower abdominal distension,lumbosacral pain and increased leucorrhea in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine transdermal therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema is better in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness heat and blood stasis type.关键词
