Changes of lymphocyte subsets in acute stage of incomplete Kawasaki disease and its clinical value
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the changes of lymphocyte subsets in acute stage of incomplete Kawasaki disease and its clinical value.Methods A total of 49 children in the acute stage of incomplete Kawasaki disease hospitalized in Maoming Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 49 children with respiratory tract infection with fever admitted during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of lymphocyte subsets in the two groups were compared,and the diagnostic efficiency of different lymphocyte subsets was analysed.Results The levels of CD3+CD4+,CD19+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of CD3+,CD3+CD8+ and CD16+CD56+ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The area under receiver operating characteristic curve of CD3+CD8+,CD19+,CD16+CD56+ and CD4+/CD8+ was>0.720,among which CD3+CD8+ had the highest specificity and CD16+CD56+ had the highest sensitivity.Conclusion There are abnormal lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of children with incomplete Kawasaki disease in acute stage,among which CD3+CD8+,CD19+,CD16+CD56+ and CD4+/CD8+ can provide reference value for early auxiliary diagnosis of incomplete Kawasaki disease.关键词
