广州市番禺区社区儿童水痘疫苗接种现况调查及影响因素分析
Investigation and influencing factors analysis of current status of varicella vaccination in community children in Panyu District of Guangzhou City

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status and influencing factors of varicella vaccination in community children in Panyu District of Guangzhou City.Methods A total of 3257 community children in Panyu District of Guangzhou City from November to December 2021 were selected to investigate the status of varicella vaccination and analyse the influencing factors.Results The rate of 1 dose of varicella vaccine was 78.05%in Panyu District of Guangzhou City.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in guardian age,guardian education level,cognition level of varicella vaccine and vaccination intention between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that guardian age,guardian education level,cognition level of varicella vaccine and vaccination intention were the influencing factors of varicella vaccination(P<0.05).Conclusion The rate of varicella vaccination among children in Panyu District of Guangzhou City is low.Guardian age,guardian education level,cognition level of varicella vaccine and vaccination intention are the related factors affecting varicella vaccination.Vaccination education should be strengthened to improve the rate of varicella vaccination.关键词
