特应性皮炎患儿IL-17基因多态性及其临床意义

Abstract
Objective To investigate the genetic polymorphism of IL-17 and its clinical significance in children with atopic dermatitis(AD).Methods A total of 120 children with AD treated in the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January to December 2022 were selected as AD group,and divided into mild group(n=84)and severe group(n=36)according to their disease conditions.A total of 80 children who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.Polymerase chain amplification was used to amplify the polymorphic loci of the target gene and identify the genotype.Results The frequency of A allele of IL-17A rs2275913 and A allele of IL-17F rs12203582 in AD group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The frequency of A allele of IL-17A rs2275913 and A allele of IL-17F rs12203582 in severe group was higher than that in mild group(P<0.05).Conclusion The genetic polymorphism of IL-17A rs2275913 and IL-17F rs12203582 has a certain effect on the susceptibility and severity of AD.关键词
