Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of treatment compliance in children with typical phenylketonuria(PKU)in Qinghai Province.Methods A total of 101 children with PKU diagnosed in Neonatal Disease Screening Center of Qinghai Province from January 2011 to December 2021 were selected,and the influencing factors of treatment compliance were analyzed by univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in guardians,parents'education level,grandparents'support,economic income and household registration types between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that parents'education level and grandparents'support were the influential factors for treatment compliance of PKU children(P<0.05).Conclusion Parents'education level and grandparents'supports are the influential factors for the treatment compliance of PKU children.It is of positive significance to formulate targeted intervention programs for improving the treatment compliance of PKU children.关键词
