摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Montmorillonite Powder combined with acupoint application in the treatment of norovirus-infected diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 70 children with norovirus-infected diarrhea who received treatment in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zibo City from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder,and the observation group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder combined with acupoint application.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom improvement time and symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of diarrhea,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,all symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Montmorillonite Powder combined with acupoint application in the treatment of children with norovirus-infected diarrhea is effective,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
