摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of scalp acupuncture combined with limb training in rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 49 children with cerebral palsy admitted to the Department of Pediatric Rehabilitation of Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Lianjiang City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the reference group(25 cases)and the study group(24 cases)according to the odd and even number of hospitalization number.Motor function,mental development and muscle tone were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of gross motor function measure scale-88 and fine motor function measure in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Gesell developmental schedule score in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the modified Ashworth scale score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scalp acupuncture combined with limb training in the rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy can improve the motor function of children,promote the development of intelligence,and effectively reduce muscle tone.关键词
